Aggiungi dati a Cloud Firestore

Questo documento spiega come impostare, aggiungere o aggiornare singoli documenti in Cloud Firestore. Per scrivere i dati collettivamente, consulta Transazioni e scritture collettive.

Panoramica

Puoi scrivere dati in Cloud Firestore in uno dei seguenti modi:

  • Imposta i dati di un documento all'interno di una raccolta, specificando esplicitamente un identificativo del documento.
  • Aggiungere un nuovo documento a una raccolta. In questo caso, Cloud Firestore genera automaticamente l'identificatore del documento.
  • Crea un documento vuoto con un identificatore generato automaticamente e assegnavi i dati in un secondo momento.

Prima di iniziare

Prima di poter inizializzare Cloud Firestore per impostare, aggiungere o aggiornare i dati, devi completare i seguenti passaggi:

Inizializza Cloud Firestore

Inizializza un'istanza di Cloud Firestore:

Web

import { initializeApp } from "firebase/app";
import { getFirestore } from "firebase/firestore";

// TODO: Replace the following with your app's Firebase project configuration
// See: https://support.google.com/firebase/answer/7015592
const firebaseConfig = {
    FIREBASE_CONFIGURATION
};

// Initialize Firebase
const app = initializeApp(firebaseConfig);

// Initialize Cloud Firestore and get a reference to the service
const db = getFirestore(app);

Sostituisci FIREBASE_CONFIGURATION con il valore firebaseConfig della tua app web.

Per mantenere i dati quando il dispositivo perde la connessione, consulta la documentazione su come abilitare i dati offline.

    Imposta un documento

    Per creare o sovrascrivere un singolo documento, utilizza i seguenti metodi set() specifici per la lingua:

    Web

    Utilizza il metodo setDoc():

    import { doc, setDoc } from "firebase/firestore";

    // Add a new document in collection "cities"
    await setDoc(doc(db, "cities", "LA"), {
      name: "Los Angeles",
      state: "CA",
      country: "USA"
    });

    Web

    Utilizza il metodo set():

    // Add a new document in collection "cities"
    db.collection("cities").doc("LA").set({
        name: "Los Angeles",
        state: "CA",
        country: "USA"
    })
    .then(() => {
        console.log("Document successfully written!");
    })
    .catch((error) => {
        console.error("Error writing document: ", error);
    });
    Swift

    Utilizza il metodo setData():

    Nota: questo prodotto non è disponibile come target per watchOS e App Clip.

    Se non sai con certezza se il documento esiste, passa l'opzione per unire i nuovi dati a un documento esistente per evitare di sovrascrivere interi documenti. Per i documenti che contengono mappe, se specifichi un set con un campo che contiene una mappa vuota, il campo della mappa del documento di destinazione viene sovrascritto.

    Tipi di dati

    Cloud Firestore ti consente di scrivere diversi tipi di dati all'interno di un documento, tra cui stringhe, valori booleani, numeri, date, valori null e array e oggetti nidificati. Cloud Firestore memorizza sempre i numeri come doppi, indipendentemente dal tipo di numero utilizzato nel codice.

    Oggetti personalizzati

    Utilizzare gli oggetti Map o Dictionary per rappresentare i documenti è spesso scomodo, per cui Cloud Firestore supporta la scrittura di documenti con classi personalizzate. Cloud Firestore converte gli oggetti nei tipi di dati supportati.

    Utilizzando le classi personalizzate, puoi riscrivere l'esempio iniziale nel seguente modo:

    Web

    class City {
        constructor (name, state, country ) {
            this.name = name;
            this.state = state;
            this.country = country;
        }
        toString() {
            return this.name + ', ' + this.state + ', ' + this.country;
        }
    }

    // Firestore data converter
    const cityConverter = {
        toFirestore: (city) => {
            return {
                name: city.name,
                state: city.state,
                country: city.country
                };
        },
        fromFirestore: (snapshot, options) => {
            const data = snapshot.data(options);
            return new City(data.name, data.state, data.country);

    Aggiungi un documento

    Quando utilizzi set() per creare un documento, devi specificare un ID per il documento da creare, come mostrato nell'esempio seguente:

    Web

    import { doc, setDoc } from "firebase/firestore";

    await setDoc(doc(db, "cities", "new-city-id"), data);

    Web

    db.collection("cities").doc("new-city-id").set(data);
    Swift
    Nota: questo prodotto non è disponibile come target per watchOS e App Clip.
    db.collection("cities").document("new-city-id").setData(data)
    Objective-C
    Nota: questo prodotto non è disponibile come target per watchOS e App Clip.
    [[[self.db collectionWithPath:@"cities"] documentWithPath:@"new-city-id"]
        setData:data];

    Kotlin+KTX

    db.collection("cities").document("new-city-id").set(data)

    Java

    db.collection("cities").document("new-city-id").set(data);

    Dart

    db.collection("cities").doc("new-city-id").set({"name": "Chicago"});
    Java
    db.collection("cities").document("new-city-id").set(data);

    C++
    db->Collection("cities").Document("SF").Set({/*some data*/});
    Node.js
    await db.collection('cities').doc('new-city-id').set(data);
    Vai

    import (
    	"context"
    	"log"

    	"cloud.google.com/go/firestore"
    )

    func addDocWithID(ctx context.Context, client *firestore.Client) error {
    	var data = make(map[string]interface{})

    	_, err := client.Collection("cities").Doc("new-city-id").Set(ctx, data)
    	if err != nil {
    		// Handle any errors in an appropriate way, such as returning them.
    		log.Printf("An error has occurred: %s", err)
    	}

    	return err
    }

    Se non esiste un ID significativo per il documento, Cloud Firestore può generarne uno automaticamente. Puoi chiamare i seguenti metodi add() specifici per lingua:

    Web

    Utilizza il metodo addDoc():

    import { collection, addDoc } from "firebase/firestore";

    // Add a new document with a generated id.
    const docRef = await addDoc(collection(db, "cities"), {
      name: "Tokyo",
      country: "Japan"
    });
    console.log("Document written with ID: ", docRef.id);

    Web

    Utilizza il metodo add():

    // Add a new document with a generated id.
    db.collection("cities").add({
        name: "Tokyo",
        country: "Japan"
    })
    .then((docRef) => {
        console.log("Document written with ID: ", docRef.id);
    })
    .catch((error) => {
        console.error("Error adding document: ", error);
    });
    Swift

    Utilizza il metodo addDocument():

    Nota: questo prodotto non è disponibile su watchOS e sui target di App Clip.
    // Add a new document with a generated id.

      ])
      print("Document added with ID: \(ref.documentID)")
    } catch {
      print("Error adding document: \(error)")
    }
    Objective-C

    Usa il metodo addDocumentWithData::

    In alcuni casi, può essere utile creare un riferimento a un documento con un ID generato automaticamente, per poi utilizzarlo in un secondo momento. Per questo caso d'uso, puoi chiamare doc() nel seguente modo:

    Web

    import { collection, doc, setDoc } from "firebase/firestore";

    // Add a new document with a generated id
    const newCityRef = doc(collection(db, "cities"));

    // later...
    await setDoc(newCityRef, data);

    Aggiornare un documento

    Per aggiornare alcuni campi di un documento senza sovrascrivere l'intero documento, utilizza i seguenti metodi update() specifici per lingua:

    Web

    Utilizza il metodo updateDoc():

    import { doc, updateDoc } from "firebase/firestore";

    const washingtonRef = doc(db, "cities", "DC");

    // Set the "capital" field of the city 'DC'
    await updateDoc(washingtonRef, {
      capital: true
    });

    Web

    Usa il metodo update():

    var washingtonRef = db.collection("cities").doc("DC");

    // Set the "capital" field of the city 'DC'
    return washingtonRef.update({
        capital: true
    })
    .then(() => {
        console.log("Document successfully updated!");
    })
    .catch((error) => {
        // The document probably doesn't exist.
        console.error("Error updating document: ", error);
    });
    Swift

    Utilizza il metodo updateData():

    Nota: questo prodotto non è disponibile come target per watchOS e App Clip.
    let washingtonRef = db.collection("cities").document("DC")

        "capital": true
      ])
      print("Document successfully updated")
    } catch {
      print("Error updating document: \(error)")
    }
    Objective-C

    Utilizza il metodo updateData::

    La notazione a punti consente di aggiornare un singolo campo nidificato senza sovrascrivere gli altri campi nidificati. Se aggiorni un campo nidificato senza la notazione dei punti, sovrascrivi l'intero campo mappa, come mostrato nell'esempio seguente:

    Web
    // Create our initial doc

    Aggiornare gli elementi di un array

    Se il documento contiene un campo array, puoi utilizzare arrayUnion() e arrayRemove() per aggiungere e rimuovere elementi. arrayUnion() aggiunge elementi a un array, ma solo quelli non già presenti. arrayRemove() rimuove tutte le istanze di ogni elemento specificato.
