O Firebase Admin SDK fornece a API Auth.importUsers()

Uso
Até 1.000 usuários podem ser importados em uma única chamada de API. Observe que esta operação é otimizada para velocidade e não verifica uid

Importe usuários com senhas criptografadas com hash do Firebase
Por padrão, o Firebase usa uma versão modificada do algoritmo de hashing scrypt para armazenar senhas. A importação de senhas com hash com criptografia modificada é útil para migrar usuários de outro projeto existente do Firebase. Para isso, é necessário determinar os parâmetros internos do projeto original.
